What Ace Sections can do
Ace Sections has the capacity to produce cold rolled sections in many materials and has the added advantage of being able to offer 3.0-metre press brake facilities for small quantities and specials. We have many years of experience in this field and have been involved in many major projects. In addition to steel, we also produce stainless steel and brass items.
We produce and hold stocks of firewall framing components for rapid delivery to your site. In addition, we can produce special lengths which can very often provide a big saving over standard stock lengths.
We have supplied and delivered stud sections over sixteen metres long. These can be supplied as plain lengths or with fixing holes at the required centres. In addition, we can produce sub-assemblies such as back-to-back studs, special expansion head tracks and even complete assembled walls and panels.
Hot and Cold Production
Ace Solutions produces special flashing panels for finishing around window reveals and columns. These can be supplied powder coated if required. Dry lining Z Bar in 3.0-metre lengths is also available.
We can also supply welded fabrications produced from hot-rolled steel channels, beams and columns when required. Stair threads are another item which we are asked to press and fabricate.
All fixing cleats and fasteners are also held in stock.
Pre-assembled base tracks and noggins are also available from stock.

80 x 60 x 3.0mm channel 3000mm stock. Other lengths are produced to order.
150 x 60 x 3.0mm channel 3000mm stock. Other lengths are produced to order.
50 x 50x 1.0, 2.0, & 3.0mm angle 3000mm stock. Other lengths are produced to order.
